Great quality cabins, fantastic service and most importantly every piece is individually stickered for easy installation.
I have just built a Monaco 44 myself, overall it’s a decent enough building. However I found the instructions very difficult to get my head around, having to swap between a piece of paper with no writing and using the website for separate things. The roof covering installation has zero instructions so time will tell if YouTube video is correct. The timber is so bowed I cannot get the corner pieces of wood in place as the walls are so disjointed.
However it does look great and I am filling the areas where it doesn’t join because of the bow and now treated and painted it will hopefully last for years (fingers crossed).
Delivery was on time and communication was good. I did get a discount as the price dropped considerably after purchase although the lady on the phone was somewhat rude.
What a wonderful company to deal with, from start to finish we were delighted. We bought a Finland Sauna and couldn’t be happier! The team were very knowledgeable and helpful, throughout the order we received good communications and updates to get us nicely prepared for delivery.
The assembly was a good challenge (between me and my partner we are reasonably DIY capable), once we understood the cabin plans it made the remainder of the build quite straightforward.
Our sauna is so lovely, and we use it every week, would highly recommend this company to anyone.
In February this year, I placed an order for the ‘Hansa Corner Deluxe A’. Right from my first enquiry, the whole team were fantastic, really fast to respond and extremely helpful. Around 3 weeks before I was expecting delivery, I received a call to say that my cabin was ready and that delivery could be made the following week if I was ready to receive it. We certainly were ready for it as have been desperate to have my office out of the house. After a quick chat with the scheduling team, my cabin was booked in for delivery the following Wednesday, with installation the following day.
My cabin arrived as expected, bright and early in the morning. Despite slightly tricky access, the lady delivery driver wasn’t at all phased and unloaded on to our driveway extremely smoothly.
The following day the installation team arrived. They got to work straight away, unloading all the parts of the package from the driveway to where the cabin was being built in the back garden. It was incredible to see the speed and efficiency of the installers, by midday you could really see the cabin starting to come together. The installers were extremely polite and respectful of my home and were rewarded heavily with a steady flow of tea and biscuits throughout the day!
Part way through the day, Rob, the head installer advised that they had come across an issue of a damaged component which was holding up the build slightly. After he made a quick call to the Summerhouse24 office, he headed off to collect a replacement part from a local supplier, He returned shortly afterwards meaning the issue was sorted in under 45 minutes.
At the end of the first day of installation, the team headed off leaving everything neat and tidy, ready to complete the few remaining jobs the following day. The next day the guys arrived nice and early and again, got straight to work. Within a few hours the cabin was looking almost complete. By lunch time the guys popped in to let me know that the cabin was finished.
On inspection of the completed cabin, you can really see the fantastic quality. I opted for the roof and floor insulation, and along with the double-glazed windows, it makes the cabin feel really cosy and warm. The walls were much thicker than I expected, despite having seen them advertised as 70mm, I hadn’t quite pictured just how solid and well-constructed the building would be. This is definitely not your standard garden shed!
The following day we began to apply the wood preserver which we purchased along with the cabin. This was a very simple process, and after a coat of wood preserver and a couple of top coats of Royal Exterior our cabin was complete!
Our cabin has now been installed for around 7 months and is withstanding the test of time. As advised by the team in the office when I placed my order, due to the settlement of the cabin, we have had to make minor adjustments to the windows and doors as they were sticking slightly. I called the office for advice on how to do this and within 5 minutes was sent a detailed guide which made it very clear how to make the adjustments.
Overall, this has been the best experience I have ever had with a company. From start to finish the customer service has been excellent. The quality of the cabin is even better than I expected and everyone who visits my house is quick to pay a compliment. I’m looking forward to making many happy memories in my cabin in the years to come.

We purchased a Jacob E with veranda from Summerhouse24 a couple of months ago. The whole process was super easy, we placed the order over the phone with Oliver. He answered all our questions, we had a lot. We also received cabin plans which we sent to a ground screw company to build our base, this was quick with no mess, much easier than the concrete base we built at previous house.
Delivery of our cabin was booked in 5 weeks from order, the cabin was on a 4-8 week lead time. The delivery company were friendly and the lady delivering managed to get the cabin over our hedge into our back garden. The installers arrived the following day, Rob and his team were great guys and built the cabin in one day.
The cabin has been a god send, having somewhere for the children to escape has made the world of difference to us all.

Absolutely delighted with my new corner cabin. Just had lots of landscaping done and this finishes it brilliantly. Great quality cabin and excellent service from start to finish.
When the cabin was being assembled the summerhouse manager did not tell us that we should have had a membrane to put under the cabin. They also didn't explain how to use protective paint on the cabin. Then the lock on the door jammed and summerhouse24 were incredibly unhelpful. They sent us a replacement lock that was very difficult to install. Finally, the wood has expanded, leaving visible gaps in the wall that let in light.
I placed an order for the Super Eva in July 2020, initially the customer service people were quick to respond, polite and helpful. Installation was delayed slightly by around 3 or 4 weeks, initially due to the 'transport team', and then because of bad weather. This was fine and understandable. However, the timber turned up in ripped packaging with damage to some parts, approximately a week before the actual installation took place. This was reported but customer services seemed uninterested.
Installation commenced on the 26th October, and to my surprise was done in one day (I was told by the customer service team it would take 2). Within a few hours of their departure it because clear how the team were able to do the job so quickly. It was rushed, some screws missing their target leaving the ends protruding, two side planks with unsightly gaps that were "fixed" with screws (but not actually fixed), leaving it looking a mess, but worse of all was the main roof beam, it was warped by such a degree that the installation team tried to force it into alignment and secure with additional screws, and ended up taking a chunk of wood out, leaving it looking a real mess. This was reported to customer services, and the waiting game began. It took many emails and phone calls to even get a response, and when the installation team did finally arrive back on site 2 MONTHS later to undertake a repair I was dismayed to see that they had just brought a tin of filler paste and an electric sander.... this is not the sort of repair I expect after spending around £9K on the building - some people might argue that this wasn't a repair, rather a bodge.
I complained to the customer service team again, and eventually had a reply from "John", the MD. Sadly this message was typical of the sort of fob off you would expect from a company that would happily assemble a product to such low standards, stating that the build was structurally sound and no acknowledgement of the fact that cosmetically it was below the standard we all expect. The 2nd and final email I received was somewhat threatening, no doubt because I stated I would leave an honest review of the product and service. The MD's comments were in contradiction to the initial feedback I had from his very own customer service team, who openly admitted that the installation was not to the standard one would expect.
One final point, the website suggests that the timber is "slow grown spruce, which ensures better cabin strength and longevity", this may be the case, but within 6 months of installation I'm seeing significant warping of some timbers. Therefore, in my opinion, I regret to say that the quality of the finished product did not meet my expectations. A combination of shoddy workmanship, and 'wet' unseasoned timber can only have one outcome, as per the photos I have available, so make your own mind up.
First class from start to finish, completely on time and budget support was brilliant and the quality is superb.
Would not recommend this company to anyone poor customer service one of the worst I’ve experience. Constantly had to chase for update on product and delivery.
Beware what you see in images on website is not what you may end up with, I ordered a cabin and roof construction wasn’t what it was in image which is what I thought I ordered when questioned this was told it can be changed without notice which I think is a disgrace now going to have to spend few more hundred pounds getting finish I originally wanted no hint of and money back from them .

I love my new fence and these guys did a great job. Summerhouse24 is competitively priced and give free quotes. The workers where cool and always came on time and when I say on time they where on the job early. They cleaned after themselves and didn't make lots of noise I would use Summerhouse24 again.

Product good if installed correctly, insist on their own employed installers as subcontractors waste or time and couldn’t erect a cardboard box!!!
In response to summerhouse reply, we could not use the summer house as the roof and floor had to be taken apart so electrician could complete any work until all repair work was complete.
The additional upgrade to the roof Felt that I paid £450 did not get refitted when the repair work was done, a standard felt was installed and the £165 cost of disposing the additional rubbish created by the repair work was the compensation I was looking for not £350 goodwill.
Comments about me shouty and driven by money are rubbish, I was very patient though out the whole experience and never got upset with you once I was only looking to cover my costs.
I payed out over £9000 for the summerhouse and all additional items, that tells you I’m not all about the money!!!
Yes the product is good if only installed correctly. (Doors fallen off again!!!)
Great to deal with, delivered on time, unloaded in minutes. Spent next 3 days building it, preserving and painting was a mammoth job and expensive but so worth it. Made sure that we can use all year by heating and lighting additions. Used as entertainment area and extra sleeping area for unexpected guests. Would recommend without hesitation.
