How can you justify the time period of 20/2/23 with deposit taken on the 3/3/23 and no action till complaints to customer service end of May and furniture picked up two weeks later.

We ordered curtains for our kitchen and new covers for our conservatory furniture frpm Plumbs and they were fitted today. We are so pleased with the outcome and the service we received from this company from beginning to end was excellent. Highly recommended!
