Seeing beyond the space problem our clients purchased an apartment in prestigious Marlybone, London. Temza totally transformed it from a cramped, non-practical three bedroom apartment into a grand, spacious home full of character. The original features such as the Victorian fireplaces were given a new life. Complicated structural adjustments were made to create a double size reception which benefitted from 2 huge windows allowing plenty of natural light. Bespoke windows and joinery added to the unique edge this project now has.
